Notification of Non-Presented Paper Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore\u00ae. IEEE enforces policies that exclude authors who fail to present their papers from further distribution, including removal from IEEE Xplore. Such papers will be archived by IEEE but will not be indexed or displayed on IEEE Xplore. Copyright for non-presented papers remains with IEEE. IEEE CSS strives to maintain a high-quality conference while ensuring fairness to authors and attendees. Accordingly, IEEE CSS and SAIROB2026 uphold this policy and reserve the right to withhold publication in IEEE Xplore for papers not presented at the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. After you submit your camera-ready paper on the PDF Express server, you will receive an email from IEEE regarding e-copyright. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Before Creating a PDF<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proofread your source document thoroughly to ensure it requires no revisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refer to the following useful free Word and LaTeX templates, along with PDF instructions.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">MS Word and LaTeX templates<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Creating your PDF eXpress Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site&nbsp;<strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/\"><strong>https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First-time users should do the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the New Users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the following:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">         <strong>+&nbsp;68318X<\/strong>&nbsp;for the Conference ID<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">         + your email address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">         + a password<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continue to enter information as prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previous users of PDF eXpress should follow the steps outlined above but must enter the same password used for prior conferences. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Validate Your Paper<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For each conference paper, click \u201cCreate New Title.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter identifying information for the paper (title is recommended but not required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cSubmit PDF for Checking\u201d or \u201cSubmit Source Files for Conversion.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the platform and source file type (if applicable), click Browse to locate your file, then click \u201cUpload File.\u201d You will receive confirmation of a successful upload both online and via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for checking, the email will indicate whether your file passed or failed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contacting PDF eXpress Support<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/supportcenter.ieee.org\/app\/answers\/list\/p\/12\" title=\"\">Publications Support Center<\/a> for IEEE PDF eXpress. If you cannot find an answer in the Find Answers tab, use the Ask A Question tab.
