INSTRUCTION TO AUTHORS

Manuscripts, referred as submissions/articles/papers, are substantial pieces of academic writing. Manuscripts for SAIROB2026 will ONLY be accepted in electronic format through the Microsoft CMT online submission system.

Original unpublished Research Papers, Articles & Working Papers (minimum 6 pages) related to the conference theme are invited for presentation/publication.

  • Kindly ensure that your paper follows the IEEE Guidelines as follows:
    Manuscript should be prepared in a double column, single-spaced format using a required IEEE Conference paper template, (Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings | IEEE). A Word or LaTex file and a PDF file are both required upon submission. Content on each file must match exactly. File sizes should not exceed 40MB.
  • All papers must be submitted online via CMT.

CMT Submission Acknowledgement
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

  • All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed based on originality, significance, and clarity.
  • Only original papers with novel research or innovative applications will be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore.

PLAGIARISM CHECK & REVIEW PROCESS

Plagiarism Check

All accepted papers will be screened using iThenticate to assess similarity with previously published content.

Immediate Rejection

Papers with a high similarity index or overlapping content will be rejected outright.

Review Process

Submissions that pass the plagiarism check will undergo a blinded review, based on:

  • Technical quality
  • Relevance to conference topics
  • Originality & contribution
  • Clarity of presentation
FINAL NOTIFICATION
Author Notification

Decisions will be emailed to the corresponding author based on reviewers’ feedback.

DECISION CATEGORIES

  • Accepted – You’ll receive an official acceptance letter.
  • Accepted with Minor Revisions – Requires small edits before approval.
  • Accepted with Major Revisions – Needs significant updates before approval.
  • Rejected – Not suitable for publication.

PRIVACY POLICY

By registering for the conference, you agree that photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event may be used in promotional material (including websites and social media).

You also consent to SAIROB2026 processing your registration data for:

  • Event communication
  • Internal reporting
  • Event management & organization

PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • The maximum duration of your speech is 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
  • You may submit a pre-recorded video as a backup for unexpected situations (For Online Presenter Only).
  • Each speaker is required to prepare and submit their presentation slides.
  • For your presentation, please use the SAIROB2026 PowerPoint template for the first slide, ensuring consistency across all talks. You may customize the title, author names, and affiliations, but all other elements should remain unchanged. You are free to use your style for subsequent slides
